Our mission at Hope Chest for Breast Cancer is to provide the quickest access to help for the most urgent emergency needs of local financially challenged breast cancer patients. Our programs help provide emergency funds, such as rent, utilities, transportation, and deliver nutritious meals for individuals during their breast cancer experience. The Hope Chest wants to make it a simple, easy process for patients. To receive Hope Chest Emergency Assistance Funds:
Ask your Nurse Navigator or Social Worker about the Hope Chest Emergency Assistance Funds if you are already getting treatment at one of the following centers:
Abbot Northwestern Piper Breast Center
Frauenshuh Cancer Center
Hennepin County Medical Center
Hope Chest Breast Center of North Memorial
Ridgeview Medical Center
The Breast Health Center at Regions Hospital
University of Minnesota Masonic Cancer Center
We are also partnered with Open Arms of Minnesota – who delivers Hope Chest Meals that Heal to breast cancer patients and their families.
To be eligible to receive Hope Chest Emergency Assistance Funds you must live in the Twin Cities Metro area or the Rochester are and be currently in treatment for Breast Cancer.
